Kashmirani Tour Packages Planner
Booking Confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment and issuance of a written confirmation via WhatsApp or email by Kashmirani.
- You will receive your finalised itinerary and booking details within 24β48 hours of payment confirmation.
- Verbal confirmations, WhatsApp conversations alone, or payment without a confirmation document do not constitute a confirmed booking.
- Bookings made on behalf of a group are the sole responsibility of the lead traveller who signs or agrees to these terms.
Payments
- An advance payment is mandatory to confirm any booking. The advance amount varies based on hotel category, destination, and group size β details will be communicated at the time of inquiry.
- The remaining balance must be paid before or upon arrival in Kashmir or the respective destination.
- We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), and other approved methods. Payment details will be shared privately and securely at the time of booking.
- All payments must be made to official Kashmirani accounts only. We are not responsible for any fraud arising from payments made to unofficial or unverified accounts.
- A payment receipt will be issued for every transaction. Please retain all receipts for reference.
Prices & Inclusions
Package prices include only those services and amenities explicitly listed in your confirmed itinerary. Please review inclusions and exclusions carefully before making payment.
- Standard packages typically include accommodation, transfers, and meals as mentioned in the itinerary.
- Entry fees to monuments, gondola/cable car rides, adventure activities, pony rides, and tips are excluded unless stated otherwise.
- Any additional services or upgrades requested during the trip will be charged separately and must be settled directly.
- Prices quoted are per-person unless explicitly stated as total package cost.
- Kashmirani reserves the right to revise package prices in the event of significant changes in fuel costs, hotel tariffs, or government levies. Any such changes will be communicated before confirmation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. The following schedule applies:

- Emergency cancellations due to a medical emergency or government-imposed travel restrictions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, subject to submission of valid documentary proof.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7β10 working days via the original payment method.
- Advance payments for hotel bookings during peak season (DecemberβJanuary) are non-refundable once confirmed.
Changes in Itinerary
- Kashmirani reserves the right to modify or alter any part of the tour itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns, natural calamities, or any circumstances beyond our control.
- Any such changes will be communicated to the traveller at the earliest opportunity, and suitable alternatives will be arranged wherever possible.
- In the event of itinerary changes caused by external factors, no refund or compensation will be provided for unused services unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
- Travellers may request itinerary modifications before the tour begins. These are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
Travel Documents & Permits
- It is the sole responsibility of each traveller to carry valid government-issued photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, etc.) throughout the tour.
- Foreign nationals must carry their original passport and valid Indian visa at all times. Entry to Jammu & Kashmir by foreign nationals is subject to applicable government regulations.
- Kashmirani will assist in facilitating Inner Line Permits (ILP) and restricted area permits where required, but timely receipt of such permits is subject to government processing and availability.
- Kashmirani bears no responsibility if a traveller is denied access to any area due to missing, expired, or invalid documentation.
Liability
Kashmirani Tour Packages Planner acts as a travel coordinator between travellers and third-party service providers including hotels, transport operators, and activity vendors.
- We are not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss of baggage, accident, or damage to property during the tour.
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by airlines, railways, or other independent transport operators.
- We are not liable for any additional costs or losses arising due to natural calamities, political unrest, strikes, or other force majeure events.
- Kashmirani's maximum liability, in any event, is limited to the total amount paid by the traveller for the specific booking in question.
Traveller Conduct
Kashmirani is committed to providing a respectful, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests. Travellers are expected to:
- Respect local customs, traditions, and religious sentiments of Jammu & Kashmir at all times.
- Follow instructions given by Kashmirani representatives, guides, and drivers for safety purposes.
- Refrain from any behaviour that may cause harm, inconvenience, or offence to fellow travellers, locals, or service staff.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and permit conditions while on tour.
Kashmirani reserves the right to terminate a tour without refund if a traveller's conduct is deemed disruptive, illegal, or harmful to others.
Force Majeure
Kashmirani shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, avalanches, or extreme weather conditions
- Curfews, government-imposed travel restrictions, or military operations
- Strikes, road blockades, or civil unrest in the region
- Pandemics, epidemics, or health emergencies declared by authorities
In such cases, Kashmirani will make its best effort to offer alternative arrangements or rescheduling. Refunds in force majeure situations are subject to amounts recoverable from third-party suppliers.
Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these terms or any booking made with Kashmirani shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Budgam, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
By booking with us, you agree to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation before resorting to legal action.
